Diddy Sued By Ex-Chef For Sexual Harassment: “He Made Me Cook For Him While He Was Naked”

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is being sued by his former chef for “sexual harassment, retaliation, defamation, failure to pay overtime and intentional infliction of emotional distress.”

Cindy Rueda says she was framed for theft complaining about sexual harassment and not being paid for overtime. The chef said she started working for Combs in 2015 am regularly worked from 9.a.m to midnight or later without being paid overtime.

One of her complaints Is that Daddy  would always request her to serve him food directly following his sexual activities, and that once, he even asked her if she liked his body. She also claims one of his friends came into the kitchen naked and asked her to “look at and admire his genitals.”

She says she frequently complained to Diddy’s Estate Director, Stacy Friend, about her working conditions and that she was eventually “lured into a situation where she could be accused of theft and ultimately terminated.”

Iris, Comb’s executive housekeeper, regularly held onto discarded items in the house, according to the complaint, and offered Rueda a watch she says she found in the trash. The chef took it.

According to Rueda’s attorney, James Blancarte, “In the days following, plaintiff was accused of theft and told that she would not be prosecuted if she returned the watch and signed a waiver of all rights and claims against the defendant.”

She’s seeking damages for unpaid wages and overtime, plus punitive damages and an injunction to prevent future employees from being inaccurately classified as exempt.

Diddy is yet to comment on the lawsuit.
