Things are not looking good for P- Diddy at the moment.
So here’s the latest tea: Judge Arun Subramanian is not here for Diddy’s attempts to get out of jail. In fact, he just denied Diddy’s most recent request for bail.

According to TMZ, this all went down on Monday, August 4. In a short but savage two-page ruling, the judge basically said, “Nice try, but no.” Diddy didn’t even bother arguing that he shouldn’t be detained — he just tried to squeeze through a legal loophole, claiming he’s not a flight risk or a danger to anyone. But the judge? Not convinced.
“Increasing the bond won’t change the facts,” Judge Subramanian said. Reminding Diddy that ‘You can’t buy your way out of this one, sir.’ He also reminded everyone that Diddy’s own legal team admitted to the violence in his personal relationships during the trial (which were disturbing to say the least).
Now here’s where it gets really messy. Diddy tried to spin things like his wild lifestyle was just adults having consensual fun. But the judge was not buying that version of events. Instead, he pointed to serious claims involving Cassie and an unnamed “Jane Doe” both allegedly beaten, coerced, threatened, lied to, and victimized. That’s not “mutual pleasure,” that’s disturbing.
And while Diddy’s been moaning about the “squalor” at MDC jail, cue Oliver Twist asking for some more, the judge wasn’t moved. He made it clear that the staff is doing their job, keeping him safe and meeting his needs. But just when you think the plot couldn’t twist any harder, in walks Gina Huynh. Yep, the ex who was originally set to testify against him but suddenly vanished from the witness list like she was never part of the script. One minute she’s a key witness, next minute? Gone. And now, out of nowhere, sis reappears with a heartfelt letter to the court, begging for Diddy’s release. The same woman who had a front-row seat to all the chaos is now asking for compassion on his behalf. Make it make sense.
And now, all eyes are on the next 60 days and that’s when his sentencing is set to happen. Let’s just say, if Diddy thought things couldn’t get worse, the countdown has officially begun.
