FBA: StylJunki is more than just a style blog, its a network of professionals working in the fashion industry. Why did you feel a need to create this platform?
DT: My background is in Information Technology and business but at the time I had been modeling for awhile and expanding my work portfolio. My original idea was to create a platform to promote models but then I was approached by Ifeanyi Ibekwe and Demola MacGregor. They had been thinking along the same lines and through our conversations, we came to realize that the Nigerian fashion industry is still very insular. There are so many things happening on a daily basis that unless you are part of the industry, you would not hear about.
